Yesterday, I took my first prescribed Prozac to control my depression. I was afraid I was going worst since all these side effects and cautions made me very aware. But the only thing that I had was severe drowsiness and acid stomach, so I have to take them as soon as I come from work while in the morning I have to take my high blood pressure.
During yesterday, I was feeling mellow while playing wow (World of Warcraft) followed by reading news about Farrah Faucett's passing. She was the icon from Charlie's Angels when I was a kid. Even thought I was in Puerto Rico, it's series was translated in Spanish. But her life was full of domestic abuse by his now husband Ryan O'Neal which caused sensation among tabloids during the 80's and some of the 90's. Now the family is destroyed by her son's drug addiction behavior and followed encarcelation. She was a fighter, who try unsuccessfully to eradicate her illness to regain a normal life.
But what I still can't get in my brain cells is the tragic news of Michael Jackson. What's scary was that as soon as I read the headlines on cnn that he have a cardiac arrest, I already knew he was dead. A person with cardiac arrest has less possibilities of survival if the person is not been on CPR from the moment he fell to the ground and another thing would be the timing of going to the ER. But as soon as I found out while my in-law said to me that he was dead, I couldn't believe it. And still to this day I'm still in denial that he died in such an unusual way. But what's bothering me is that when he was alive like many people were so skeptic of his comeback and how much they bash and ignored him and now that he's dead, radio stations were tribute him up their asses with their songs that were forgotten and ignored for years just because of his excentric lifestyle followed by court battles it was like his talent and music was taken for granted.
Now that he's dead, people are taking advantage in getting richer, don't forget about the opportunist Jesse Jackson telling how good, kind and humane person MJ is, when he was alive he was just hipocrite bashing him. It's sad but that's life. I hope the Jackson family will find peace and strict measures of privacy during his passing.
